The villa consists of two floors, the upper floor is accessible from the street without stairs. You enter through the kitchen, next to the dining room and then the living room with a beautiful sea view. Adjacent are 3 bedrooms and a hallway with 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet and sink). From the living room you access the side terrace with sofa and dining table with chairs.

Then there are two external stairs that go to the first terrace on the ground floor. Through this terrace you have access to the lower floor with bedroom and bathroom, and also an extra bathroom for the users of the terrace and the pool.

The house has been completely renovated in a modern style. There are new beds in all bedrooms and in the living room there is a stove that can also serve as a fireplace. All rooms have air conditioning and the house has central heating. The villa has satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a very extensive inventory that is designed for a minimum of 8 people. It is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, combi oven and of course a fridge with freezer.

Pets are allowed. Gas, electricity and heating costs are not included.

The terraces have, of course, comfortable sun loungers and will offer you a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The sun loungers are equipped with cushions, the linen package that you can rent includes covers for these cushions.

The plot is located along a cul-de-sac a little further away, in a very quiet area and has its own parking space for at least 2 cars, 1 of which can be placed under the carport.
The house has sun all day, is very quiet and private, the mountainside on which it is situated offers very good protection from the sometimes cool north wind in winter.
