Inside
From the driveway up the terrace to the living room doors or next to the driveway the door to the utility room, then kitchen.
The villa has a spacious lounge/dining room with French doors to the terrace, next to the living room located 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The furniture has recently been replaced, all rooms ( kitchen not ) have air conditioning, satellite TV is not lacking
And beautiful house well livable and cosy and outside lots of space , for children to play and to the elderly it gives a very spacious feeling.
Exterior
The plot on which the villa stands is large 2x larger than the normal plots on which the villas in Moraira stand. Lots of space and lots of privacy.
Of course this villa has a private pool surrounded by terraces, two large umbrellas provide sufficient shade if desired, can you already sit on the lounger (with pillow) with drink and book enjoying the beautiful weather and tranquility.
Next to the pool terrace is a very large terrace with a wooden dining area for 6 people and a covered BBQ / outdoor kitchen.
Around all this, many lawns interspersed with beautiful Mediterranean plants and trees, beautiful large palms are not lacking, nor are the very old carob trees with their many myths.From the street a spacious driveway for many cars with space for 1 car under the carport. This driveway is lockable, the whole plot is surrounded by walls.

Moraira is centrally located for the various surrounding coastal villages, entertainment centre Benidorm 25 minutes drive and the most beautiful city in Spain tw Valencia an hour away.
