An 8 to 10 persons villa with all the luxury you could need, and a layout and composition suitable for two families . This delightful villa is located on the southern slope of the mountains surrounding the cozy village of Moraira. The first holiday villas were built precisely in this place, not only because of the beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea and bay of Moraira , but above all because of its location. Guaranteed sun all day, in the winter sheltered from the sometimes cold north wind and in the summer a cooling breeze from the sea .

The top floor which is accessible by car, has besides the lounge / dining room a kitchen and two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. From there you step out to the sea-view terraces partly covered and partly open , equipped with comfy seating and dining area to enjoy the sunny weather .
What would you say to a heated pool overlooking the Mediterranean a glass of wine in hand enjoying in the sun. Villa Vista Moraira has it all , including table tennis , football, even a playing box with wooden toys and a children's park for the little ones . Read a book in the shade under the fig tree in your lounge chair, or downstairs in one of 10 luxurious beds with thick cushions , or under one of the big floating umbrellas. While behind you in the large luxury outdoor kitchen / BBQ the meal is prepared , once it´s done you can eat in one of the three covered terraces.
Now that we are down here anyway , you can also find here another 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom plus lounge / dining area and kitchen . On request, we build the living room downstairs into a bedroom with 2 full beds so the villa can accommodate 10 people.
The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning in all bedrooms , kitchen with dishwasher , oven , microwave and central heating , not to forget the heated swimming pool . There is also covered lockable parking for two cars with room for a third party (not covered).
Exterior
From the rooms you can walk down the terraces around the large swimming pool ( 10 x 5 m ).
Surrounded by large palm trees, colorful bougainvillea and many Spanish terracotta pots you will find yourself in an oasis . Also in the evening with the atmospheric lighting in the garden, pool and terraces you can enjoy the blissful Mediterranean climate . And if it is still fresh in the evening , Villa Vista Moraira has outdoor stoves.
On the terraces there are three sets to eat, benches, hammock and ten loungers.

Location
A 4 minutes drive away from the village of Moraira with its lovely sandy beach and famous for its restaurants with a high culinary level. You can take a stroll or sit down in one of the numerous cafes or you can walk and marvel at the luxury marina. Although its small it does not lacks an old center with its narrow streets and alleys . In short a vacation spot of choice.
For those who seek the crowded beaches and boulevards or the many dance halls and nightclubs, it’s a 30 minutes drive to Benidorm where you meet the opposite of Moraira, pretty fun as well is a day of Valencia that you can’t miss.
